Fletching skill provides players with a 1% bonus for every 5 points of fletching when engaging in combat with a bow. This bonus applies exclusively to bows and does not extend to crossbows or heavy crossbows. For instance, with a fletching skill of 120, players would receive a 24% bonus when using a bow in combat.
