Sometimes, IPv6 may be blocked or misconfigured by your internet provider, which can prevent the whitelist system from detecting your IP properly.
If you have never been able to log in and always receive this error:
1. Disable IPv6 on your device. You can follow this guide for Windows: How to disable IPv6 on Windows (NordVPN Guide)
2. Restart your computer. 3. Visit my.uosagas.com and log in again. 4. Launch the game and try logging in.
This will allow the launcher to whitelist your IPv4 address correctly.

Donβt worry β this is not a bug or a broken account. It usually means your IP address has changed and needs to be whitelisted again.
UOSagas uses an IP-based whitelisting system for security reasons. If your internet connection changes (e.g. new router IP, different location, VPN, or a mobile hotspot), your IP must be renewed in our system to allow login.
1. Visit http://my.uosagas.com in your browser. 2. Log in using your account credentials. 3. Thatβs it β your new IP is now whitelisted automatically.
Once done, you can launch the game and log in again without issue.
