It usually means your **IP address has changed** and needs to be **whitelisted again**. UOSagas uses an **IP-based whitelisting system** for security reasons. If your internet connection changes (e.g. new router IP, different location, VPN, or a mobile hotspot), your IP must be renewed in our system to allow login. ==== ✅ How to Fix It ==== 1.
