Sometimes, **IPv6 may be blocked** or misconfigured by your internet provider, which can prevent the whitelist system from detecting your IP properly.
If you have **never been able to log in** and always receive this error:
1. **Disable IPv6 on your device.**
You can follow this guide for Windows:

2. Restart your computer.
3. Visit [[http://my.uosagas.com|my.uosagas.com]] and log in again.
4. Launch the game and try logging in.
This will allow the launcher to whitelist your IPv4 address correctly.

Are you seeing this error?
> **Connection lost: Wrong password OR No Firewall whitelisting!**
> *Relog to http://my.uosagas.com to renew whitelisting.*
Don’t worry — this is not a bug or a broken account. It usually means your **IP address has changed** and needs to be **whitelisted again**.
UOSagas uses an **IP-based whitelisting system** for security reasons.
If your internet connection changes (e.g. new router IP, different location, VPN, or a mobile hotspot), your IP must be renewed in our system to allow login.
==== ✅ How to Fix It ====
1. Visit [[http://my.uosagas.com]] in your browser.
2. Log in using your account credentials.
3. That’s it — your new IP is now whitelisted automatically.
Once done, you can launch the game and log in again without issue.

This can occur when:
* You switch locations or connect from a different Wi-Fi.
* Your router resets and assigns a new IP.
* You're using a VPN or mobile network that changes your IP frequently.
