Treat everyone in the community with respect and kindness. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks will be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or nationality.

Ensure that all discussions, images, and links shared are related to UOSagas or topics directly associated with it. Off-topic discussions should be taken to appropriate channels or platforms.

===== No Spamming or Self-Promotion =====

Avoid excessive posting of repetitive messages, advertisements, or self-promotion. If you wish to share content related to UOSagas, ensure it adds value to the community and isn't overly promotional.

===== No Advertisement of Other Shards =====

Refrain from promoting or advertising other game shards, private servers, or MMORPGs within the UOSagas Discord channel. This includes but is not limited to links, server invites, or discussions aimed at diverting players' attention away from UOSagas.

===== Language and Content Guidelines =====

Use appropriate language and refrain from posting explicit or NSFW content. Keep discussions and content suitable for all ages as per Discord's Terms of Service.

===== Respect Privacy =====

Do not share personal information of yourself or others without consent. This includes but is not limited to real names, addresses, phone numbers, or any other private details.

===== Use Appropriate Channels =====

Utilize the designated channels for specific topics such as general discussions, game strategies, guild recruitment, trading, etc. Avoid cluttering the main channels with unrelated content.

===== No Cheating or Exploits =====

Discussions or promotion of cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics in UOSagas is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing of cheat codes, exploits, or any methods that violate the game's Terms of Service.

===== No Trolling or Flame Wars =====

Do not engage in trolling, flame wars, or any behavior intended to provoke arguments or disrupt the peace of the community. Constructive criticism is encouraged, but it should be expressed respectfully.

===== Constructive Feedback =====

Encourage constructive feedback about the game, such as suggestions for improvements or bug reports. Keep discussions civil and provide feedback in a constructive manner to facilitate meaningful dialogue with developers.

===== Reporting Violations =====

If you come across any violations of these rules, report them to the moderators promptly. Do not take matters into your own hands or retaliate against other members. Let the moderators handle the situation.

===== Exclusion from the UOSagas MMORPG Community: Guidelines and Consequences =====

In our community at UOSagas MMORPG, we prioritize respect, fairness, and a positive atmosphere. To uphold these values and ensure a pleasant environment for all players, we have established clear rules. In the event of violations of these rules, various measures may be taken, depending on the severity of the violation and the frequency of rule infractions.

**Warning**: Upon the first instance of rule violation, the offending player typically receives a warning. This serves as a reminder that the behavior is not acceptable and must be changed.

**Temporary Suspension**: In cases of repeated violations or serious breaches of the rules, a temporary suspension may be imposed. The duration of the suspension varies depending on the situation and severity of the violation, providing the player with time for reflection and reconsideration of their actions.

**Permanent Ban**: In extreme cases or for continued severe violations of the rules, a permanent ban from the community may be enforced. This means that the player in question is permanently excluded from all community activities, including access to the game client and all associated resources.

===== Consequences for Previous Transactions =====

If donations or other transactions have been made via the website, shop, or in-game prior to the exclusion from the community, these transactions remain with UOSagas. No refunds will be provided, as rule violations may lead to exclusion from the community, which includes access to UOSagas' content and services.
