Cap: soft 100, hard 120

===== Requirements =====
  * The player needs to be hidden in order to stealth (using the Invis spell works too!)
  * The player needs to have 80 Hiding skill
  * The player can have a maximum of a stealth specific armor rating of **50** points (see table "Stealth Armor Rating") to be able to go into stealth.
  * Pass a stealth skill check (See SkillCheck)

  * When hidden while lockpicking: Revealing chance = 120 - Stealth Skill
  * Chance to stay hidden while mining/lumberjacking: (Stealth Skill Value - 100) / 20) * 0.5.  //(This results in 0% chance on 100 skill, 25% chance on 101 skill with a linear scaling to 50% chance on 120 skill.)//
