Stealing allows you to steal items from players, npcs, and monsters. Stealing is a criminal act.
Raising Stealing: Stealing is an Activated Ability on the standard 10 second cooldown. Stealing is a difficulty based skill - higher stealing allows you to steal heavier items and go unnoticed more 
frequently.

Requirenments:
  * Account must be 7 days old
  * 48hr ingame time for the specific character
  * No long term kills
  * No young status
  * Must have 60 stealing

Joining can be only be done via the Thiefs Guildmaster and costs 500gp.
